Kelly Boles has been a resident of Pinellas County since 1981. She has over 25 years of experience nurturing, guiding, and teaching children, including her own two adult sons and school-age daughter.

Kelly graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education. In 1989, she earned her Master of Arts Degree in Education from USF as well. She is also an alumni of Kappa Delta and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Societies.

Kelly founded Palm Harbor Preparatory in 1988. Since then, she has made her objective to provide an appropriate and effective educational environment for those students who have not found success in more traditional classroom settings.

Kelly's successful approach has helped hundreds of students achieve their goals for more than two decades.  Her dedication to educational values, compassion for her students, and unwavering sincerity are the keys to the success of Palm Harbor Preparatory and its graduates.
